RENTAL Application Procedure

  • The Application Process

At PH Property Management, we make sure that our rental application process is simple and hassle-free. As long as all the necessary verifications are complete and the application fees are paid, we can present your rental application to the property owner within one business day.

  • The acceptance process

Once a lease application is approved, the potential tenant must provide us with the security deposit by 5:00 PM on the next business day. If the deadline is missed, the selection process for tenants will start over. The deposit must be made out to PH Property Management in the form of a cashier's check or money order. We do not accept cash for any reason.

  • Are you ready to apply for a lease?

If you're interested in applying for a lease, you can access our application online. Once you're ready to proceed, don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions. Our licensed real estate agents are committed to providing high-quality customer service and possess the expertise required to address any concerns you may have regarding our leasing process.

  • Formal Lease Signing

After paying the security deposit and getting accepted as a tenant, you will be requested to visit our office for a formal lease signing. We will get in touch with you to schedule an appointment on the first day of the lease. During the meeting, we will go over the lease for approximately 30-45 minutes and address any questions or concerns you may have. It's important to note that you must provide a government-issued photo ID at the lease signing as a tenant.

Renter’s Insurance

Ensure the safety of your personal belongings by investing in renter's insurance, a crucial step often overlooked. While the property owner's insurance covers the dwelling, it neglects your personal items, leaving you vulnerable to potential losses. Your personal property, food spoilage, and costs related to the property's loss of use are not covered by the owner's insurance.

It is essential to thoroughly examine the coverage of your renter's insurance policy. Secure renter's insurance effective from the date you assume possession of the property and maintain it throughout your occupancy. Renter's insurance safeguards your clothes, furniture, electronics, and more. Additionally, it provides liability coverage at a surprisingly affordable cost. Rest easy knowing that your hard-earned possessions are protected against bodily injury, property damage claims, and legal issues within the chosen coverage limits.

So, why do you need Renter's Insurance?

Don't leave your belongings to chance – Future and current residents can purchase policies online in minutes. We offer a quick and affordable self-service solution through the Resident Center.
